JUAN DELGADO | COMMUNITY MANAGER
Juan has over 15 years experience in efficiently managing residential communities of up to 545 units. His in-depth experience includes daily operations of property management, finance and budgeting, asset management and maintenance, marketing and leasing, developing strong tenant relationships, staff supervision and development and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
Juan has won a variety of industry awards, including Manager of the year and property of the year. He holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the Atlanta Apartment Association. Juan also earned a Business Administration degree from Georgia Gwinnett College.

ERVIYA REYNOLDS | LEASING CONSULTANT
Erviya is known for her warm personality, exceptional customer service and attention to detail. She has a strong background in sales and a passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home. In her free time, Erviya enjoys exploring Atlanta's local food and art scenes, traveling to new destinations, holistic wellness and spending time outdoors.

MAMADOU BAH - Maintenance Supervisor

For over 10 years, he has proudly served the Wesley St. James community, earning a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Mamadou specializes in HVAC systems and plumbing repairs, with extensive knowledge and expertise in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. Known for his strong work ethic and positive attitude, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents receive quality service and support.

MOHAMED BAH - Maintenance Technician
Mohamed Bah has been a valued member of the team at Wesley St. James Apartments for over 10 years. As a dedicated Maintenance Technician, he plays an important role in handling residents daily work order requests and ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Mohamed is known for his strong work ethic, dependable service, and commitment to providing excellent support to residents. His positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed make him a true team player who contributes greatly to the success of the maintenance department.

NAIDEL HERNANDEZ - Maintenance Technician
Naidel Hernandez has been a valued member of the maintenance team at Wesley St. James Apartments for almost 2 years. During his time with the community, he has demonstrated strong technical skills, dedication, and a commitment to delivering quality service to residents.
Naidels expertise includes HVAC systems, appliance repairs, and make-ready units, allowing him to efficiently handle a wide range of maintenance responsibilities. His knowledge and hands-on experience make him an important asset to the team.

The apartments are very spacious & maintained well. The staff is very nice & helpful handling any maintenance issues promptly. The pool area is very nice & relaxing plus there is a new wotkout area as well as an entertainment area with a pool table, indoor shuffleboard table, TVs & comfortable furnishing. This is one of the best apartment complexes I've personally lived in & it's very good for our family while we sell our home in SC & find a new home in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs area.

I lived in a fairly quiet building on the top floor and never had any issues with the management company. It's really a good apartment by all means. Leasing center officials are really good.maintenance is really fast.we felt like our own home.since we had to move out of town, we left Wesley.but will surely come back and stay here. It's near to exit 6,dds,Walmart,Costco and publix is just 1 mile away. Recent trial walk is really good.
