Move-In Guide

Upfront Costs

These costs are mandatory to initiate the hassle-free application process.

Non-Refundable Application Fee $35 per applicant
Reservation Fee $350

If pre-approved, you will be asked to submit a $350 Reservation Fee to secure your new apartment home. This fee immediately removes the apartment from the market and reserves it exclusively in your name. Of the $350 Reservation Fee, $150 is applied toward the community's administrative fee, and the remaining $200 is credited toward your move-in balance.
Applicants have 72 hours from selecting an apartment home to withdraw their application and receive a full refund of the Reservation Fee.

One-Time Fees

These one-time fees are just that, one time at move-in! We are thrilled to share with all our pet owners that we don’t require pet rent! Home is where your pets are :)

Monthly Costs

Water & sewage are separately billed and metered based on actual usage. The services below are conveniently bundled up into one easy to understand amount on a monthly basis. However, the breakdown of these pass-through reimbursements are detailed below:

Protect The Apartment (PTA)

Protect the Apartment is Liability Waiver Program and private agreement between the resident and Wesley Apartment Homes to waive liability that the resident may owe due to accidental damages the resident may have produced. Wesley Apartment Homes is not selling or providing insurance. This program helps reduce risks associated with the absence or inadequacy of renter’s insurance. Three levels of protection and benefits are available, and all residents are automatically enrolled in the required Entry Level option.
