You are encouraged to submit an online work order through our Resident Portal. If it is an emergency, call our leasing office during "Business hours", or contact our maintenance emergency line for "After Hours"
You can submit an workorder online and our maintenance team will take care of workorders within 24-48 hours. Emergencies will always be a priority.
No, but you can leave detailed instructions in the "Access notes" section of your work order. Examples include: call first, dog is locked, etc.…
If you are locked out during office hours, the team can easily help you with proof of ID. Outside of office hours, please call your local locksmith.
You are allowed to decorate your new Home; however keep in mind that any excessive modifications in the apartment such as color change, big holes, etc. will be charged at time of move out unless you restore it back to original conditions.

ON-CALL – DEFINITIONS OF EMERGENCIES

Following are the Emergency Procedures for Wesley Apartment Homes:

What is an Emergency?                                         

  • Flooding apartment – Sprinkler Line, Domestic Line, or Sewer Water
  • Hot Water Heater is flooding
  • No Power (as long as power has not been shut off for non-payment)
  • Fire in unit or Building
  • Gas Leak
  • Door NOT secured
  • No Toilet functioning if there is only ONE bathroom

What is NOT an Emergency?

  • No Air Conditioning or Heat
  • Garbage disposal jammed
  • Lock Outs (Resident must call a locksmith unless the lock is malfunctioning)
  • No hot water
  • Trap Leaks (under sink drains)
  • Dishwasher, washer/dryer not working
  • Tub & sinks clogged, unless overflowing
  • Stove not working

Non-Emergency calls will be attended to within 24-hours.  Upon move-in all lights in the apartment are working.  After move-in, the resident will be responsible for replacing bulbs as needed.

Wesley Apartment Homes strives to complete service requests within 48 hours. If the service request cannot be completed within 48 hours, the Manager will call to inform you of the status of the service request.

The property has a sparkling pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a walking trail, and tennis courts.
Yes, we have open parking that is first come, first serve.
Yes, each home has washer/dryer connections.
Yes, we are a pet friendly Community.
One Time Fees: Pet Deposit of $200 AND Pet Fee of $200 . Monthly - Free Pet Rent
No dogs over 40 pounds.
Restrictions: No Aggressive Breeds - Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bull (often called American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier)
At this time, the property does not have a pet park.
Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher…some units have microwaves.
The property has a trash compactor near the front of the office.
All trash can be placed in the compactors but, please break down any boxes. Furniture is not allowed.
Pest Control comes to our property once every week. Please place an online workorder to be placed on the complimentary and unlimited pest control service.
Our amazing Fitness Center is open from 7am - 10pm

No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Our minimum lease term is 6 months
It is not an INSURANCE policy - It is a "A Liability Waiver". Sign up for the discounted protection program ($8/month) along side with renters insurance for FULL Coverage! Be proactive in case of any unintentional accident occurs, so you are not financially responsible for the gap of what your insurance will not cover. No, Utilities are not included in your rent amount.
We are completely electric. A GA Power account must be active on your Lease Start Date. Every apartment has its own water meter, so you will be responsible for your water usage as well.

The parking is first come first serve.
A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.
No, subleasing your apartment are NOT allowed. However, you are allowed to add a Roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.
Our Residential Lease Contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-Day Notice and paying one (1) month's rent as termination fee.
The property is located to closely to several restaurants and grocery stores.
